Balance through bio- individuality

I tried every diet plan out there in attempt to find “the best one”. Turns out, through my personal experience and reading scientific literature, the best diet is relative to each person. Bio-individuality is king when it comes to figuring out what diet is best for YOU. Each person is unique and, therefore, needs a diet to fit their specific needs.  There is no one size fits all diet- despite what your favorite influencer tells you. I also learned that diet is only one piece of the puzzle. Sleep, sun exposure, exercise, stress etc are other pieces that cannot be ignored if true health is desired. 

Balance through addressing the root cause

You will never heal until you address what is causing the issue in the first place. This goes beyond having a healthy diet. This could be stress related, environmental toxic overload, parasites or infections etc. Instead of masking symptoms, I address underlying root causes using extensive health assessment questionnaires and lab work to help the body maintain dynamic equilibrium. Restoring dynamic equilibrium in the body simply means to restore balance. Dynamic because the body is constantly adjusting to new changes each moment. Balance is truly the key.
